Canada Day

Our efforts today in coming together really demonstrates the strength, good will and comradery of our piping, drumming and highland dancing community.

Our massed band consisted of SPPB, 443 Squadron RCAF Pipes and Drums, Castle Cary Pipes and Drums, 78th Fraser Highlanders Pipes and Drums, Canadian Scottish Regimental Association Pipes and Drums and other colleagues. Led by members of the Victoria Highland Dancing Association, the 2024 massed pipes, drums and dancers was the largest in Sidney Canada Day's history!

The weather was nothing short of amazing, as only little Sidney can provide, and the crowds were equally fantastic. A heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported the parade, and a special thanks to our lead sword-bearers and dancers who added a unique flair to our display.
