Legion 100th Memorial Unveiling
Our Pipe Major played in pouring rain at the unveiling of a bench and memorial stone marking the 100th anniversary of the Legion. Several veterans were present, and the rain was a reminder of the conditions that wars are fought in.
O Canada was sung a cappella. The bench and memorial stone, near the entrance of the Sidney Library, are intended as a place to remember and reflect.
